Increase milk sales by creating a concept that enhances its relevance and appeal in today’s society.

Problem

Fewer people consume cow’s milk today due to the rise of plant-based alternatives, allergies, and a growing perception that milk is meant for calves.

Background

Milk has been a central part of Swedish food culture for generations. Sweden has extensive experience in producing high-quality milk, and it has long been a source of pride and tradition.

Solution

"Swedish Milk" – an export milk brand that highlights Sweden in a playful way. The concept positions Swedish milk as a premium product with a strong national identity, sparking curiosity and increasing interest both domestically and internationally.

My Role

Concept and message development, focusing on communicating milk’s connection to Swedish tradition and quality.
